Reiki is a traditional Japanese light-touch

 technique that is known to relieve pain and stress, promote deep relaxation, and support the body's natural ability to heal itself.  

Reiki

This practice is performed with the sitter laying down fully clothed on a massage table (or chair) with the practitioner applying about a nickel's worth of weight at different points along the body.

Reiki can be done virtually or in person with both human and non-human animals
